Sun State Mechanical, Inc. is a plumbing contractor specializing in new construction in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Our work includes a mix of approximately 20% custom residential plumbing and 80% commercial plumbing.  We pride ourselves on running an honest business, paying our bills and doing the work we promise to do.

Licensed, Bonded, and Insured

• Sun State is licensed in the state of New Mexico for all types of plumbing and for public utility infrastructure.
• We are fully insured, and all employees are covered by workman's compensation.
• We can provide payment and performance bonding for our work.

Commercial and Design Build

• Commercial projects include state office buildings, medical facilities, veterinarian facilities, churches, and educational facilities.

• We maintain a plumbing services contract with the Albuquerque Public Schools, providing mostly underground utilities.

• Our design build projects include University of New Mexico classroom facilities, churches, and Albuquerque Public Schools Utility Installations.

• We have provided the plumbing for such complicated buildings such as dialysis clinics with process piping, veterinary clinics, a prenatal care facility, and the UNM renovation of the Communication and Journalism building.
